GETTING MORE GIRLS ON BIKES

Pedal Power is designed for riders of all abilities - from balance bikes and tricycles to two-wheelers and everything in between. Each 90-minute session over blends bike-riding skills with meaningful conversations and movement-based activities that help build strong, confident girls.

Advanced riders head out on community rides, while newer riders focus on skill-building games. Every eight-week season wraps up with a leadership event planned and led by the girls themselves.

During our two-hour Glide To Ride clinics, riders build the skills they need to confidently ride a two-wheeler - all in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Led by our trained volunteer coaches, riders start with balance, then move on to turning, and finally pedaling on their own.

Camp GiG consists of five half- or full-day sessions with small groups to create a close-knit, inclusive experience. Girls will build confidence through fun riding games, teamwork challenges, and meaningful conversations - learning what it means to be a great friend and fearless leader on and off the bike.

Through biking adventures, hands-on activities, and a special environmental stewardship project, campers also learn to care for the spaces and communities they ride through.

Each day ends with our Girl Power Wall, full hearts, and the kind of strength that lasts long after the ride is over.

Club GiG is an all-riding, all-the-time bike club for seasoned riders who are ready to push their limits and ride farther, faster, and with confidence. Each session is grounded in a central theme that coaches reinforce during the ride, offering reflection questions that encourage personal growth, resilience, and self-discovery along the way. It’s all about going the distance - on the bike and in life.

Girls aged 13 to 17 can become Junior Coaches and be powerful role models while gaining leadership skills and service credits. Junior Coaches help younger riders build confidence and resilience - while making a lasting difference in their community.
