Be a force for good
CLARK COUNTY PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Description
Girls in Gear emboldens girls of all ages and abilities, especially low-income girls and girls of color, by using bike skills to foster confidence, autonomy, and independence. Our programs - Pedal Power, Glide-to-Ride, and Camp GiG - offer safe, inclusive spaces for growth, focusing on life skills beyond biking. With a no-questions-asked scholarship policy, we remove barriers by providing bikes, helmets, and financial support, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.
